OLLIKAINEN, Peter - Of Cookstown, Ontario, passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Toronto Western Hospital with family by his side.
He was 67 years old, born September 4, 1950.
Beloved husband of 36 years to Jane (Elines).
Proud father to Kathryn, Kimberly, Melanie (deceased) and Rebecca. Gleeful Papa to Sarah, Dylan, Ashley, Logan, Wyatt, Margaret and Hunter.
Peter was one of 4 children born to Vieno and Reino Ollikainen of Finland. Dear brother to Maija, Eeva and Anne and uncle to many nieces, nephews and friend to many.
A visitation will be held at Paul F. Kent Funeral Home, Cookstown, on Sunday, February 4th from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 1 p.m. from St. John's Anglican Church (29 Church Street, Cookstown).
Memorial donations may be made to Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Alliston or Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie.
