VETRO, Maria - With sadness, we announce the passing of Maria on May 30, 2018 at the age of 80 at St. Joseph's Health Centre surrounded by her family.
Cherished wife of the late Antonio (April 7, 2010).
Maria leaves behind her beloved children Vito (Angie), Anthony (Sandra Mclymont) and Anna Rita (Franco Cuneo).
Proud nonna of Christina, Vanessa (Marco Faria), Felicia, Anthony, Gianfranco and Isabella.
Dear sister of Bruno Galati (Maria, predeceased) and zia to Tony (predeceased) and Bruno (Elvira). Maria will be greatly missed by all her nieces and nephews and their families as well as many friends and relatives.
Visitations will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St.) on Friday from 2-4, 5-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. John Bosco Church (402 Westmount Ave. – Rogers Rd., east of Dufferin St.) on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. Entombment will follow.
In memory of Maria, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
