MISTELBACHER, Tony  - Passed away peacefully in his 85th year with family by his side on June 1, 2018.

Beloved husband of Anna for 61 years.

An avid skier from his teenage years climbing the hills at Don Valley Golf Club to skiing many destinations in North America and Austria.

He loved and enjoyed his cottage on Lake Catchacoma for more than 60 years. Tony had a 32-year career with Bell Canada.

He also worked alongside his father as a Master Electrician wiring houses.

In his retirement Tony enjoyed reading, computers, woodworking and traveling to Portugal with Anna in the winter months.

Cherished father of Karen (Mike), David (Penny), Ellen (Barry) and Steven (Wendy). Adored Papa of Jaclyn, Robert and Anne. Predeceased by his brother Fritz and parents Anton and Kate.

He will be missed by his sister-in-law Sirkka, cousin Joe (Ricky), cousins Tim and family, Gerry and family and Jaimie and family, nephews Andy and family, Greg and family and Peter and family.

He will also be remembered by his relatives in Winnipeg and Austria.

Family and friends will be received at the Marshall Funeral Home, Richmond Hill, on Tuesday, June 5th from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, June 6th 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Annunciation Church, 97 King Rd., Richmond Hill. Interment to follow in North York. 

Donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation and the Kidney Foundation of Ontario.
