MELLOR, Betty Patricia (nee TRAVIS) - It is with a heavy heart that we announce the death of Betty on Sunday, June 3, 2018, in her 86th year.
Born November 9, 1932 in Belper, England, she was predeceased by her husband of 44 years, Lawrence Alan Mellor.
Betty is lovingly remembered by her daughter Carol and husband Eini, her granddaughter Hayley and husband Ian; her son David and wife Michelle; her daughter Lesley and husband Brian and her grandson Marcus; her brother Peter and wife Margaret; her sister Judy and husband John; her cousin Malcom and wife Christine; and her many family and friends.
At Betty's request there will be no service, asking only that you remember all the laughter and great times together.
The family would like to thank all the nurses and staff at the Kensington Retirement Home for the wonderful care and empathy they provided Betty.
Special thanks to the palliative care nurses from Paramed and Subha of Acclaim Health.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Betty's memory to Alzheimer Society of Ontario are much appreciated.
