Robert James Watson passed away peacefully on December 28, 2024, at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital. He was the cherished husband of Gail (Sparks) Watson for 54 years. Loving father of James (Kathryn) and Michael (Wendy), and proud grandfather of Maya and Charlotte. Robert was the beloved brother of Joan Apel and was predeceased by his brother Ted (survived by May).

Robert will be fondly remembered by his extended family and friends. His warmth, kindness, and sense of humor touched everyone who knew him.
