Agnew PhyllisAGNEW, Phyllis Evelyn (Narraway) - Our dear Phyll passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at the age of 102.

She was the beloved daughter of Alice and Athos Narraway and beloved sister of the late Alice Lamb, Marion Morris, Eileen Fletcher and Max Narraway.

Phyll was at the center of the lives of her many nieces and nephews: John, Barbara and Ron Lamb, Marg Rys, Bob, Bill and Heather Morris, and Judy, Kristin and Max Fletcher.

She was adored by her great nieces and nephews and their children.

She will also be missed by her wide array of friends from all walks of life and of all ages, in particular by members of the Marshalls Bay community who were her second family over almost her entire life.

Born in Edmonton, Phyll grew up in Ottawa. Through the war years, she worked in a classified area of the Department of Munitions and Supply. From there, she moved to Toronto and spent decades as the Executive Secretary to Presidents of various advertising companies, distinguishing herself for her sharp mind, intelligence and good humour.

Phyll lived a profound life. She was one of those who, just by being herself, brought light, laughter and wellbeing to those around her.

We will forever be inspired by her indomitable courage, her extraordinary ability to make us laugh and by the joy she spread. Hers was a life well lived.  We know she has been brought, expeditiously, to a place of comfort and love.
