DAKE, Naomi Louise (Lownsbrough) - Passed away January 7, 2021 at Toronto General Hospital.
Naomi lived in Toronto almost 96 years, attending Bishop Strachan School and working at TD Bank before meeting her beloved husband, Maarten Dake (predeceased 2013). They enjoyed 57 wonderful years, hosting friends and family, travelling, and socializing at the RCYC.
Naomi volunteered many years at Hospital for Sick Children and St Clements Church. She enjoyed golf, bridge, opera and reading Globe & Mail until last day, but she loved dining with her friends and family the most.
She will be greatly missed by cousins Janice (late Christopher), Denbigh, Nicholas (Patton), nieces Marijke, Lauren, nephew Mark (Dake) and many longtime friends.
Sincere thanks to Rosemary Grenside for many years of dedication and support, Dr. Victoria Smart for frequent visits and Neighbourhood Group Services for caring PSWs.
