BERNARD, Margaret (nee HAMMOND) - March 27, 1943 - May 28, 2021
Peacefully, at Ottawa's Queensway Carleton Hospital with her family by her side, after several years of failing health.
Predeceased by her mom (Agnes Hazel) and dad (Robert Erwood).
Beloved sister of John, mom to Rob and Heidi, mother-in-law to Mike and aunt to David and Laura.
She will be fondly remembered by her friends and neighbours in Hamilton, Unionville, Ottawa and at the family cottage near Haliburton.
Many thanks to her doctors and their teams: Dr. Kathryn Ascah, Dr. Thomas Shaw-Stiffel, Dr. Amel Arnaout and Dr. Leah O'Shea.
Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of Margaret's life will be planned when public safety permits.
