McDermott PaulineMcDERMOTT, Pauline    - Pauline left us, quietly and peacefully, on December 8, 2021.

Predeceased by her devoted husband, Christopher McDermott (2015).

Loving Mom to Eugene (Miriam), Clare (Bryan RIP), Sean, Noreen (David) and Stephen (Julie).

Fun and caring Nana to Reilly (Monica), Aidan (Jessica), Kate, Lauren, Ethan and Marie. Born on June 21, 1934, in Dublin, Ireland, Pauline was a loving wife and mother, a creative homemaker, and a dedicated school secretary.

She loved to laugh, sing and have a chat.

She welcomed everyone into our home with open arms.

Mom will be remembered for making her children's friends especially welcome. She loved her garden and being outside in the sunshine.

A gentle soul with a fierce, determined spirit.

She will be missed. Special thanks to the amazing staff at Revera Bough Beeches Place, Mississauga, for their tender care.

Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, Brampton, on Sunday, December 12th from 1 - 5 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Marguerite d' Youville Parish, 2490 Sandalwood Parkway East, Brampton, on Monday, December 13th at 11 a.m. Interment to follow.
