ANDERSON, June Anderson  - Peacefully with her family at her side June Anderson (nee Betsworth) was called to be with her Lord and Saviour on July 26th in her 94th year.

She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years Mervyn Anderson, brother William (Skip) Betsworth & sister Shirley Dryer.

Survived by brother John Betsworth (Ruth). She leaves behind her "magnificent 7" to carry on her fabulous legacy: Linda Nelson (Jim), David (Renee), Rick (Kelly Martindale), Carolyn (Doug Moore) Nancy (Burke Foster), Darlene Cook (Fred) and Dianne, 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Her life gave joy and support to many and was an amazing example of what we can aspire to in our lives.

Visitation will take place at MOUNT LAWN FUNERAL HOME, Whitby on Monday, July 29, 2024 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. & 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 10 a.m. with a Funeral Service to follow in the chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to to take place at  MOUNT LAWN CEMETERY .

Following the formalities friends and family will be invited back to the funeral home patio for a time of fellowship and refreshments.

At moms request, in lieu of flowers donations to Harmony Road Baptist Church in Oshawa or Gideon's Society would be appreciated.
