Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa early in the morning on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 81 years of age. Dear daughter of the late Billy and Anne Kelly. Cherished mother of Deirdre and Brian. Loving Nan of Kyle, Joshua, and Olivia. Dear sister of Jacqueline, (The late Pat), Annette (Ger), Liam (Maureen), Martin “Bert” (Mary), and the late Maura (Mick), Betty, Jackie (Bridget), and Paddy (Pat). Helen Patricia Townsend will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held at the Courtice Funeral Chapel, 1587 Highway #2 on Monday, April 6th from 10:00am until the time of Memorial Service in the Chapel at 11:00am.
Memorial donations to the St. Vincent’s Kitchen or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.
