LADOUCEUR, Rosemarie Ladouceur

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that our family announces the passing of Rosemarie Ladouceur (nee Deslauriers) on May 9, 2026, at the age of 65.

Rosemarie passed away surrounded by those she loved most — the love of her life and husband of 42 years, Luc Ladouceur, and her loving children, Shannon (Marc Lachapelle) and Michael (Kendall Wisniewski). She will be profoundly missed by her cherished grandchildren, Xavier, Danika, and Maëlle, who brought her immense joy and pride.

Rosemarie was the youngest child of the late Rhoda (nee Prieur) and J.P. Deslauriers, and the beloved sister of Marie-Anne (Marc Tardif) and the late David (Sylvie).  She will also be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives she touched with her kindness and love.

Rosemarie will be remembered for her remarkable strength, quiet determination, and enduring resilience. She approached life with grace and courage, always placing her family at the heart of all she did. Her unwavering love, kindness, and selflessness left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the Palliative care team, especially Geneviève and Christianne, whose compassion, care, and support made it possible for Rosemarie to spend her final days in the comfort of her own home.

In memory of Rosemarie, and in lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to The Kidney Foundation of Canada, a cause that was especially close to her heart after receiving the gift of a kidney donation from her devoted husband, Luc.

She will be forever loved and deeply missed.

Funeral celebration will be held at the funeral home chapel, on Wednesday May 20th 2026 at 11:00am.

Condolences may be offered to the family at the funeral home prior to the service from 9:30am.
