PICKUP, Nicholas A. Pickup

It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Nicholas A. Pickup on May 23, 2026, at home with his beloved wife of 67 years, Ola (née – McCutcheon), by his side.

Nicholas will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Ola, and by his son, Scott Pickup, and daughter-in-law, Sharron. As well has his grandchildren, Cole (Natalie), Carson (Mackenzie), Steven (Tanya) and Samantha (Nathan), and 5 great grandchildren.

The family will welcome friends and family to visit at Wilson Funeral Home from 9-11 am on Wednesday May 27, 2026 with a chapel service at 11:00 am and a reception at the legion to follow. Burial will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery at a later date.

Nicholas was a proud member of the legion and valued the friendship and camaraderie it brought throughout his life.
