BROWN, Eric Lloyd George Brown

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden yet peaceful passing of our beloved Dad, who passed surrounded by his loving family on Thursday June 4, 2026 at the age of  82. Our dear dad has gone to join our beloved mom Gail Belanger who predeceased him in  2007. Cherished Dad of Charlene (Jason Giroux) and Danielle. Proud and loving grandpa of Carson, Rylee and Aubrey Giroux. Eric will be fondly remembered by his siblings Bruce Toffelmire, Mary-Lou (Bill Coates), Donna (Ron Dunn), Hazel (Bob Stewart) and his sisters in law Linda (late Cecil Knight), Lorraine (late Barry Belanger),  his brother in law Glen Belanger and his many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his siblings John Slauson, David Toffelmire, Ross Toffelmire and Michael Toffelmire.

Eric Lloyd George Brown loved to travel. He spent time on every continent, he was a collector of coins and insulators. He was a longtime employee of Magellan Aerospace and was a proud founding member of local 4820 union. He loved to spend the day in the garden, tending to his flowers and ponds. But most of all he loved his daughters and his grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St., S Renfrew on Saturday June 6th from 3-7 pm. A private graveside service will be held at Rosebank Cemetery.  Donations in his memory may be made to the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Capital Equipment.
