GARROD, Ronald William Garrod

Son of Bill and Olga Garrod (deceased), brother of June (deceased) and Doug. Father of Dennis. Loving, caring husband to Sandy. Ron liked to say that he was a “loner”, preferring solitary hobbies (photography, boating, long drives, and watching a movie from his huge collection of D.V.D.’s). Ronald William Garrod was a loyal, fierce protector of his small circle of family/friends. Ron’s greatest loves were his dogs. Never without a canine companion (Mason, Traf, Pal, Echo, Lustr, and his remaining little buddy, Gyzmo), he loved them unconditionally. They brought the greatest joy into his life and he, in turn, enriched each of their lives. Gone too soon. May you rest peacefully, free from pain!
