Mammoliti AngeloMAMMOLITI, Angelo - Angelo Mammoliti died peacefully after a long battle with cancer on December 27, 2020.

Beloved husband of Antonietta, his loving wife of 61 years. Father to Michael (Dianna), Sandra (Mauro), Aldo (Rina), Francesca.

Doting grandfather to Ivano (Alexandra), Alessia (Andrea) Michela(Christian), Christian, Adrian, Stephanie and Giorgia.

Angelo was born in San Giorgio Morgeto, Italy and immigrated to Canada April 7, 1952.

Angelo, a chivalrous man, had an eagerness for lifelong learning. He mastered the English language and continuously educated himself through literature and film. As an entrepreneur, he started his own business, Angelo’s Hardware, in 1964.

He loved to spend time with family and friends. He worked hard and had an appreciation for travelling, traditional food, reading, dancing, listening to opera, and discussing history and politics. With his sharp memory, he loved to share stories of his childhood and personal experiences, enlightening us all with his broad range of historical facts.

He loved most spending time with his family and his most cherished memory in life was the vacation he took with his wife, children, and grandchildren to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary together. He will be greatly missed.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted with Ward funeral homes.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital or the new Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital.
