Lynda Caroll Behm

January 9, 1948 – December 19, 2024

Lynda Caroll Behm (née Sambridge) passed away peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Thursday, December 19, 2024, in her 77th year, surrounded by the love of her family, music, and laughter.

Beloved wife of Nelson Behm, Lynda was the dear mother of John Murray (Melissa), Robert Murray (Tammy), and David Murray (Tracy), and stepmother of Ronald Behm (Patricia), Ann Marie Yost (Ken), Donald Behm, and Christine Behm. She is survived by her sister Darlene Sambridge and lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Lynda is predeceased by her parents Horace and Marie Sambridge (née Thorton), her siblings Bruce, Jo-Ann, and David Sambridge, her stepson Adrian Behm, and her granddaughter Crystal Murray Wetheral.

Respecting Lynda’s wishes and honoring her love for joyful gatherings, friends and family are invited to the Lapasse Community Hall, 86 Lacroix Bay Rd, Westmeath, on Saturday, December 28, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for a luncheon filled with stories, food, laughter, and music.
