It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Galante Bilotta on October 19, 2024, at the age of 85. He is lovingly remembered by his spouse, Montagna, and his children, Filomena and Franco (Jessica).
Galante was a cherished grandfather to Chris, Nicholas, Corrado, and Constantine. He is survived by his sister Carmela (the late Alberto) and will be missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Homes (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Thomas Aquinas Church (640 Glenholme Ave., at Eglinton Ave.) on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Galante will be laid to rest at Westminster Cemetery (5830 Bathurst St., north of Finch Ave.).
