It is with heavy hearts that we share the peaceful passing of Ruth Govier Boniface with her family by her side on Saturday, December 14, 2024. Ruth is survived by her partner Robert McClure. Loving mother of Tonya and Kevin, Tereasa and Tony, Sherri and Mark, and step-mother of Tammy and Alan, and Troy. Adored Nana of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear sister of June and Nick, Ross, and Peggy and Larry, and sister-in-law of George and Cathy, Larry and Lynn, and Ann and Ron. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her parents Bob and Lois Govier, and in-laws Walter and Muriel McClure.

A celebration of Ruth’s life will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place with interment at Maitlandbank Cemetery, Seaforth.

Donations to the Seaforth Legion (Branch 156) would be appreciated by the family.
