David Wayne Bowen

August 10, 1954 – November 9, 2024

BOWEN, David Wayne – David was born in Cobourg, Ontario, on August 10, 1954, the son of Barbara and the late Clarence Bowen. Beloved husband of Ella and dear father of Michael, David passed away peacefully at their home in Oshawa, Ontario, on November 9, 2024, at the age of 71.

Loved by his siblings, twin brother Christopher (Ann), Claire (Scott), Ian (Janice), and Jeffrey, David will also be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to honour and celebrate the life of David Bowen. Please join us in sharing a funny story or favourite memory. The Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at 7175 County Rd 10, Port Hope, Ontario.

A public Mass in memory of David will also take place at St. Mary of the People Parish, 570 Marion Ave, Oshawa, Ontario, on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. The family thanks everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
