Mark Windslow Brown passed away in Barrie on Monday, December 30, 2024, at the age of 64. Cherished son of the late Jack and Marjorie Brown. Dear brother of Shelley Scarlett (Joe Fossey), Warren Brown (Debbie), and Chris Brown (Collette). Mark will be missed and lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephew, family, and friends.
