Peacefully at the Rouge Valley Hospital Ajax site on Saturday, November 23, 2024, Pat in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Jack. Truly loved by her sons Christopher and Craig. Mother-in-law of Jennifer.
Dear grandmother of Cullen (Andrea), Hayden, Kennedy (Matthew), and Cassidy (Ricardo). Cherished great-grandmother of Everleigh and Skylar. Sister of Terry Shand and Colin Handley. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
The family will receive friends at the McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax (Pickering Village) on Thursday, November 28, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will take place in the McEachnie Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, November 29, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Cremation will follow.
