Seawright CameronSEAWRIGHT, Cameron Norman - (7 July, 199114 October, 2018) -

It is with heavy hearts that Norman Seawright and Sherine Khalil announce the sudden passing of their son Cameron on Sunday, October 14, 2018 in Aurora, ON.

Cam grew up in Newmarket, ON as the youngest of four boys and could never be found without a smile on his face. Cam loved sports; playing basketball, lacrosse and golf as a child.

He was a graduate of Pickering College before going on to successfully complete the Automotive Program at Georgian College.

Cam had a passion for all things automotive and it was through working for two Audi Volkswagen dealerships that he found his true calling in retail sales.

Cam – ever the entrepreneur – opened his own retail vape shop on Yonge Street in Aurora, ON. Cam’s patient personality, product knowledge, passion for the industry and love for his customers provided the foundation for his success.

In Cam’s world, strangers quickly became friends. His boisterous laughter and effervescent personality made it impossible to be unhappy in his company and he always went out of his way to make sure you were laughing along with him. Cam was an avid fan of the Toronto Raptors, Blue Jays and above all else, the Maple Leafs.

Cam truly lived his life to the fullest; he loved the great outdoors which included hunting, camping, fishing and ripping his Sea-Doo on the lake. Many cottage weekends were spent with his close friend Brett Sadler and Brett’s wonderful parents Bruce and Marilee.

Cam is survived by his grandparents June Gent and Martha and John Kennedy, older brothers Andrew, Timothy and Nicholas (Stephanie), nephew Weston and his Burmese Mountain Dog Newman. Cam is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins all of whom played a significant role in his life.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Cam touched are invited to a Celebration of Life at the Beacon Hall Golf and Country Club, 400 Beacon Hall Drive, Aurora from 1 - 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 21st.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his name are gratefully accepted by Covenant House Toronto – a not-for profit homeless youth shelter that the family has been long-time supporters of.
