Dan Capobianco
October 10, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Dan Capobianco on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at his home in Georgetown. Dan was in his 61st year and was the beloved father of Tyler (Kierstin) of Guelph. He was the cherished son of the late Elena and Noe Capobianco, and the dear brother of Joe (Monica) of Port Colborne. Dan will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephew, Alicia (Matthew), Amy (Jordan), and Evan, as well as his great-nieces and nephews, Adalynn, Mia, Noah, and Max.

Dan’s passion for life was expressed through his love of fishing, and he was an avid sports fan who also enjoyed golfing, camping, and spending time outdoors. His family will always remember him for his caring nature and wonderful sense of humour, which brought joy to those around him.

Friends are invited to attend the visitation at Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown, on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. A Funeral Liturgy will take place in the chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m., followed by a reception in the Trafalgar Room. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Association for Mental Health would be greatly appreciated by the family.
