Da Silva CarolDa SILVA, Carol Palmer - (November 22, 1948 - May 26, 2019) 

Carol fought a long hard battle with cancer.

In the process Carol and her family received the support from many doctors, nurses and health care workers. We would like to thank them for the care and attention they provided along the way.

Princess Margaret Cancer Centre: Dr. Hoog, Dr. Golden, Dr. Araujo, Dr. Schutz, Dr. Salman,  RN Nancy  Gregorio, and Carmine Malfitano. 

Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre: Dr. Wright, Dr. Abadir.

Toronto Western Hospital: Dr. Valiante and team.

Family doctor Dr. Atria Acclaim Health team, in particular to RN Yda May and PCW Adriana who gave an extra personal touch of care that the family needed in those last few weeks.

The entire team at Ian Anderson House.

A private family visitation and service will be held at Glen Oaks Funeral Home, Oakville.
