YEO, Carol Audrey - Ppassed away peacefully at Lakeridge Gardens in Ajax on Sunday November26, 2023.
Cherished and beloved wife to Ivan Woolley.
Loving mother to Lisa (David -predeceased) and Kimberly (Patrick). Stepmother to Anne (Peter) and Mark.
Devoted Grandmother to Sarah, Mikaela (Tyler), Samantha, Julia (Rich), and Tim (Sandy). Precious great-grandmother to Asher David.
Loving sister to Grant (Ani) and Marie (Charles). Carol will be sadly missed by her many nephews and nieces, extended family, and friends.
Carol was a former Superintendent of Education with the DDSB and was an influential educational leader. Her educational career spanned 35 years. After her retirement, she enjoyed travel and spending time with her family.
Family and friends may call at Morris Funeral Chapel, 4 Division Street, Bowmanville, for visitation on Monday December 4, 2023, from 6:00-8:00 pm, followed by visitation on Tuesday December 5, 2023, from 10:00 am until time of funeral service in the chapel at 11:00 am. Interment to follow in Bowmanville.
Special thanks to the staff at Lakeridge Gardens and Chartwell Wynfield Retirement Residence for the wonderful care they provided for Carol.
