It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of John Reginald Carter on October 13, 2024, at the age of 82. John lived a full and remarkable life, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
John will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend whose kindness and generosity touched the lives of many.
A private family gathering will be held to honor John’s memory, in accordance with his wishes.
