With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Maria Conceição Carvalho at home on February 28th, 2025, in her 93rd year.
Maria is now joined with her beloved husband, Manual Augustino, of 48 years, and her grandson Bryan.

Devoted mother of Manny (Treena), Mario (Carminha), and Odete (Gil). She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Andrew (Susy),
Danial (Sarah), Stephanie (Matt), Katharine (Álvaro), and her great-grandchildren Anita, Olivia, André, Aria, Audrey, Emma, and Malia.
Maria was predeceased by her brother and sisters and will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A special thanks to Miriam from Bayshore and Raquel Lane for the loving care of our mother.

Visitation: Friscolanti Funeral Chapel, 43 Barton Street East, on Wednesday, March 5th, 2025, from 2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
A Rosary Prayer will take place at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass: St. Mary’s Church on Thursday, March 6th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

Interment: Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington.

In lieu of flowers, donations to The Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
