Loved mother of Tyler Lee and his partner Alexander Lalande of Sturgeon Falls, and Owen Lee and Kaleb Lee both of Port Perry.
Dear sister of Veronica and her husband Dale Albers of Coldwater, and Brandi and her husband Andrew Pigou of Oshawa.
She will be missed by her nieces and nephews and her 4-legged companion Murray.
The family of Chantell Wood-Lee will receive friends at the Wagg Funeral Home, Port Perry, on Monday, May 27th from 2 - 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. A Private Family Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, May 28th.
If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Charles H. Best Diabetes Centre, or the Hospital for Sick Children Foundation in Toronto.
