Cherished wife of 64 years to Vernon Barrett.
Loving mother of Lynne (Paul Dunderas).
Proud grandmaman to two grandchildren, Matthew and Lisa.
A chic, modern and active woman of her time, Claire was an avid golfer, curler and bridge player. She was most proud of her French Canadian heritage and grandchildren.
A private family service of remembrance will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Guelph.
In Claire's memory, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
