Robert Collette

February 12, 1949 - November 19, 2024

Robert Collette passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at the age of 75.

Robert was the beloved husband of Barbara (née Prior) Collette and a devoted father to Irene Summerton (Kevin) and Rob Collette (Carmen). He was a cherished grandfather to Matthew, Meagan, Michael, Dawson, Phoenix, Robert, Hunter, Brady, Abby, and Mercedes, and a loving great-grandfather to Ben and Emily. He will be fondly remembered by his sister, Nyoma Mongrain.

Robert is predeceased by his brother Rene Boutin (Louise) and his mother, Irene Ouimette. His memory will forever be treasured by his family and friends.

As per Robert’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and there will be no formal service. In lieu of flowers, donations to Diabetes Canada or the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
