Passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at the age of 81.
Loving husband of Jean Parker-Ramsay. A devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
Dear brother of Lola Patricia Atkinson. Cromwell will be remembered by his nieces and nephews, their families, and many friends.

Visitation will take place at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N., Whitby, on Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service in the Barnes Chapel at 11:00 a.m.
Interment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby.

A reception will be held at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home following the interment.
