COMERFORD, Stanley Robert  -  Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, just one day before his 93rd birthday.

Beloved husband and best friend of Teresa Ann Comerford (2022).

Loving father of Debbie Wirsching, Patti Chatterton (Dave), Mary Jayne Johnson (Lorne), and Bill Comerford.

Cherished papa of Tyler Wirsching & Trevor Wirsching, Amanda Chatterton (Adam) & Kelly Prior (John), Jennifer Bendik (Andrew) & Kristen Johnson (Dave) and great-papa of Carly Prior, Amy Prior, and Logan Bendik. Dear brother of Fr.
William Comerford and Donald Comerford.

Predeceased by his sisters Maureen Cecchini and Joan
Winsor.

Stanley was a longtime employee of General Motors and spent many years as a referee.

As per his wishes, cremation will take place.
