CONWAY, Denis Martin George Conway, MD, DTM&H, DipAnesth, Son of Frederick Lawrence and Catherine Patricia (née McBride), was born, January 3, 1954, in Granby, Quebec and died, June 14, 2024, in Toronto, Ontario.
Dr. Conway trained in medicine, at the University of Toronto, and elsewhere, and had special interests in anesthesia, tropical medicine, HIV infection and psychotherapy.
His early career was in rural and under-serviced areas in Canada and abroad, and he returned to Toronto, to serve gay men during the HIV epidemic and for many years subsequently
