ALLEN, Deanne "Dee" Dorothy Allen - 72, peacefully, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024, after a brief illness.
Deanne was the beloved daughter of Dorothy Ester Catherine (Nicol) Allen and Charles Herbert Allen.
She was born on Friday, February 23, 1951, in Toronto.
Deanne's early years were spent up north, near Perry Sound.
There, with her mom and dad, she learned to appreciate nature and became a passionate lover of all animals.
Through the years, her family included several beautiful cats.
She was an avid reader and a devoted Blue Jays, Beatles and Star Trek fan. Her love of travel took her to Mexico, London and Scotland.
Deanne was a loving, kind and caring person who had compassion for people, animals, and the environment. She generously donated to the World Wildlife Fund of Canada.
Deanne will be greatly missed by her family.
A private family celebration of her life will be held.
Deanne will peacefully rest with her mother and father.
