D'ERMES, Maria - It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing away of Maria D'Ermes on January 30, 2024, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 93.
Beloved wife of the late Peppino; and caring and devoted mother to Oriana (Tony).
Proud Nonna to Lisa (Tim) and Diana (Fabrizio); and Bis Nonna to Matteo, Alessandra, Nesrine, Julian and Gabriella.
Maria will be lovingly remembered in the hearts of many cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Road East, from 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 4, 2024. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place within the funeral home in the Chapelon Monday, February 5, 2024, at 12:00 p.m.
The final rite of committal and entombment will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 8361 Yonge Street, Thornhill.
If desired, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
