David [Dave] Gordon Dick

July 1957 – January 17, 2025

It is with the heaviest hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Dave on January 17, 2025, surrounded by his loving wife and children.

Dave was the devoted husband of 45 years to Christine (née Mawby). Their enduring love was a source of strength and joy throughout their life together. He was a steadfast father whose love and guidance shaped Jennifer (Aaron), Sarah (Pawel), and Deanna (Zachary) into the people they are today. He was an endlessly proud and loving Grandpa to Josephine, Clio, Nathan, Emma, and James.

Predeceased by his parents, Anne and Gord, and his brother Michael, Dave's memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends who will forever remember his kindness, humor, and unwavering support.

Visitation Details:

Friends will be received at the Accettone Funeral Home (384 Finley Ave., Ajax) on Friday, January 31, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 12:00 PM until the time of Service at 2:00 PM. A reception will follow the service.
