BROOKS, Dorothy Jean (nee Mark) - (October 21, 1936 - December 7, 2015) -
Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Monday, December 7, 2015 with her loving family by her side.
Predeceased by her loving husband Lyall (2001).
Dorothy was a loving mother to Lori, Penny and Karen.
Adored Gramzie, aka G-Ma, aka Grandma of Andrew, Derek, Amanda, Jordan and Tyler. Great Gramzie of lil’ A.J.
Dorothy is predeceased by her parents and her brothers and sisters, Clayton, Bev, Bruce, Brice, Bonnie and Margie, and will be missed by in-laws, extended family and friends.
Dorothy will be forever remembered for her strong will and loving disposition.
Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOM, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Saturday, December 12th from 9:30 a.m. until time of Celebration of Dorothy’s Life in the Chapel at 10:30 a.m.
Memorial donations will be gratefully accepted for the Canadian Cancer Society.
