WATERMAN, Geraldine - It is with great sadness that the Family of the late Geraldine Carrie Waterman announce her peaceful passing on April 18th 2024 at Lakeridge Health, Oshawa ON.
Predeceased by her Husband Joseph. Son Larry! Parents Alfred and Frances wells.
Her parents in law Hector and Netta Waterman. Brothers Leslie and Fred. Sisters Ida and Ivy. Brother in laws Fred, Herb and Howard.
Left to mourn are her Daughters, Roxanne (Graham), Robin (Leonard) and Ros. Grandchildren, Jamie (Jennilee), Jody (Vic), Felicia, Larry-Joe, Tony (Faith), Great Grandchildren, Jocelyn, Jamilee, Brailyn, Nolan, Sophia , Cali, Blake and Callie.
Special Sister in law Clara Wells who she Adored , and a large circle of nephews and Nieces, Family and Friends!
Special Friends Kevin and Audrey Ball. Mom was loved by all and will be Dearly missed . Her Family would like to express special thanks to Her Family Doctor (Dr Leo) who was so wonderful and cared so much, whom she loved, and to all the staff at Lakeridge Health (4th Floor) who went above and beyond to care for her ! Special Thanks to Jamie, Jennilee, Jocelyn, Jamilee and Jody for being there and truly helping us during Moms hospital stay!

Mom will be taken back home to Newfoundland to be put to rest with Her Husband Joseph (Our Dad) and Her Son Larry (Our Brother) as per her wishes!

HEARD, Milton "Bud" Heard - Peacefully on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at the Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg, at age 95.
Milton Heard, beloved husband of the late Helen (nee Cook).
Loved father of Paul (Norma) of Port Hope, Brent (Dianne) of Waterloo, Barry (Karen) of St. Thomas and Scott (Penny) of Port Perry.
Loving grandfather of Paul David (Christine), Geoffrey (Jasmine), Heather, Derek (Jessika), Curtis (Jenna), Max (Rachel) and Vaughan (Stacey).
Cherished great grandfather of Loki, Judd, Max, Shea, Brett, Addison and Hadley. Dear brother of the late Jean Mitchell Bain and the late Al (Jean) Heard.
Bud was a Founding Executive Member of the Port Perry Minor Hockey Assoc. and Past President for several years. He played hockey into his 70’s and was a proud hockey parent of all his boys.
Bud and Helen enjoyed many winters in Florida during their retirement years playing shuffleboard and socializing, were members of the Port Perry Lawn Bowling Club and they both loved challenging each other at darts and pool.
The family of Milton Heard will receive friends at the Wagg Funeral Home, Port Perry on Friday, April 26th from 7 - 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, April 27th at 2 p.m. Interment Pine in Prince Albert.

January 10, 1936- April 23, 2024
Margaret passed away peacefully on Tuesday April 23, 2024 at Hillsdale Estates at the age of 88.
Margaret was predeceased by her husband Alan Nason.
Mom, Grandy, Great Grandy will be missed and always loved by her children Timothy Nason (Patti), Elizabeth Cooper (Brad) and Siobhan Bourque (Paul).
Her beloved grandchildren Robert Nason, Kristin Hullibarger (Alec), Tyler Cooper (Emily), Brittany Aucoin (Connor), Aidan and Zachary Bourque and great grandchildren Karter and Payton Hullibarger, Mila Cooper and Grier Aucoin.
Margaret wanted to be a nurse from a very young age.
She fulfilled that dream by moving from Ireland to England where she met Alan. She loved taking care of her family especially her grandchildren.
There will be no visitation as per her wishes.
A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Concetta was a true family woman who was caring, giving, kind and very generous. Tina was well known for her cooking. She lived her life to the absolute fullest.
Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West, Oshawa (905-721-1234) on Sunday, April 28th, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Monday, April 29th at 10:30 a.m. Entombment at Resurrection Cemetery.

HIEMSTRA, Harold -
May 14, 1931 - April 22, 2024
It is with deep sadness we share the news that our father, Harold Hiemstra passed away at Taunton Mills on April 22nd, 2024, just before his 93rd birthday.
He was born on May 14th, 1931 in Hallum, Friesland, The Netherlands and came to Canada on his own in 1950.
He met our mother here soon after arriving and they were married on July 18th, 1953.
They made a comfortable home and life for us all and were together for 70 years.
We will be forever grateful for his care and guidance throughout our lives. He was hard working, honest and resourceful as well as kind and loving.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Hiemstra (Herrema), daughters Yvonne Hiemstra (Michael), and Joanne Brown (nee Hiemstra), granddaughter Kayla (Anthony), and great granddaughters Sabrina, Leighton and KoraLynn. He will be truly missed by his family and friends.
A celebration to honour Harold’s life will be held on May 24th from 3:00 to 5:00 at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West, Oshawa.
Interment to take place at a later date at Foster Memorial Cemetery, Leaskdale.

NOVEMBER 20, 1959 – APRIL 23, 2024
Passed away peacefully at Toronto General Hospital on Tuesday April 23, 2024 at 64 years of age.
Dear son of the late Janice and Steve Murnaghan.
Beloved husband of Elizabeth (Liz) Mulligan. Loving father of Jay (predeceased), Becky Nash and Matthew Nash (Ashley).
Cherished grandfather of Mathias and Aurora. Dear brother of Beth (Jim), Jane (predeceased) and Jim (Sharon).
Mike will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews, Eric, Jessica, Riley and Haley, his many friends, extended family and his puppy Marlee. A celebration of life will be held at the family residence on Saturday May 4th after 2pm.

MOULTON, Harold Gordon Moulton - Passed away peacefully on April 22, 2024 with his daughters by his side. He has been reunited with Violet, his beloved wife and best friend of nearly 74 years.
Cherished dad to daughters Carolyn DeSimone (Dennis) and Cathy Hewett (Jeff); loving and very special Poppy to granddaughters Danielle Stewart (Dan), Brianna MacLeish, Courtney Spence (Chris) and Casey Hewett; beloved Great Poppy to Rylie Stewart, Jayden Stewart, Adeline Spence, and William Spence, and reunited with great grandson Tyler Cardis.
Harold was born in Tillsonburg, Ontario and lived with his parents and grandparents on the family farm in Dereham Township.
He later moved to Ingersoll, then Woodstock and back to the family farm before joining the army at age 17 in June of 1944. After leaving the army, Harold worked in the pottery business and became a very gifted “mold maker”.
In April of 1956, Harold moved his family to Lindsay, Ontario and began working at Ontario Block & Tile in Sunderland. They moved to Sunderland in 1958 where he raised his family and was a very active member of the community.
He was a member of the Sunderland Lions Club for 65 years, served on Council for the Township of Brock and built many lifelong friendships.
Harold retired in 1987 and enjoyed many hours of woodworking creating beautiful decorative pieces, puzzles for children and many other projects where he could use his amazing artistic talents.
Harold and Vi spent their winters in Lakeland, Florida for many years where they enjoy annual visits from their daughters and granddaughters. When that chapter of their lives was finished, they moved to Oshawa to be closer to family. It didn’t take long for their new home in Oshawa to have it’s own woodworking shop and Harold’s green thumb tending his backyard gardens were the envy of anyone who visited.
Harold once again continued his love of community work and started driving the bus for the Oshawa Senior Citizens Centre where again, he built amazing friendships.
At 92 years old, Harold and Vi moved from their home into Harmony Hill Retirement Community where they were able to enjoy many new friendships and fun activities.
Harold is predeceased by his parents Morris and Gladys Moulton and his beloved sister Gloria Hutson. He is survived by sisters, Moreen Reed and Lynn Murty.
Donations in Harold’s memory can be made to the War Amps Canada, The Salvation Army or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. followed by a celebration of Harold’s wonderful life at MOUNT LAWN FUNERAL HOME & CEMETERY, 21 Garrard R. Whitby, Ontario.
