BUCHAN, Emily Wylie - Passed away peacefully at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Sunday, February 7, 2016 in her 81st year.
Beloved wife of Thomas Buchan for 60 years of inseparable love.
Loving mother of James (Sherry) of Cambridge, Thomas Jr. of Cambridge, Catherine Buchan (Steve Fry) of Cloyne, Amelia Buchan (Al Hagey) of Cornwall.
Also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren, 2 brothers Edward and Peter of London, England, and sister Rena Lornere of Scotland.
Emily was known and loved by many for her upbeat personality and beautiful smile. We will miss your hugs, your amazing quick-witted comebacks and larger than life laugh. The lessons, stories and time spent will never be forgotten. Dancing in her "Red Boots". "Angels rejoice, worship and love. They probably whoop and holler as well. We can only imagine, for now, the excitement in their hometown."
Cremation has taken place. There will not be services at this time.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
