WEIDNER, Ernst - York Aluminum Passed away peacefully, on Monday January 29, 2024, in his 91st year.
Loving husband of the late Emily Weidner for 65 wonderful years.
Beloved father of Marnie, Rhona and Ed (Shelley).
Cherished Opa of Kristina, Andrea, Kurtis, Leah and Nolan.
Dear brother to Willi. Predeceased by Tale, Male, Emil, Albert, Edmund and Erwin. Lovingly remembered by family and friends here and in Germany.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road, Weston, on Monday from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m.
A service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and L'Arche Daybreak would be appreciated by the family.
A heartfelt thank you to the staff at the Village of Humber Heights for their compassionate care over the past few years.
