ARMSTRONG, Paul W. - Of Chatsworth, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2015 at the Grey Bruce Health Services, Markdale, at age 88, with family by his side.
Paul has gone home to be with his wife, Margaret Armstrong (Fortier) and his Lord.
He is survived by his four loving children: Sandra Muzzell (Albert) of Chatsworth, Cindy Moore (Pat) of Chatsworth, Angela Coll (Patrick) of Mount Forest and son, Paul Armstrong (Ivy) of Barrie. Papa will be lovingly remembered and missed by 14 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Paul is survived by one sibling, Helen Merkley of Winchester.
Paul loved travelling and camping, wintering in Arizona and summers home in Ontario. On the Road Again was his motto. An avid sportsman, he also enjoyed fishing, baseball and played co-ed volleyball until he was 75. Paul was also a proud veteran; at only 17, he joined the Royal Canadian Regiment near wars end in 1945.
A celebration of Paul's life will be held at the Church of Nazarene, Owen Sound, on Monday, September 28th, at 1:00 P.M. One hour prior to the Memorial Service, at 12:00 noon, Chatsworth Legion Branch 464 will hold its Service.
If desired donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association or the Grey Bruce Health Services, Markdale Hospital.
BRAVENER, Florence Louise (nee Gibbons) - Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family, at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound, on Wednesday morning, September 23rd, 2015.
Florence Bravener, of Owen Sound, at the age of 89 years.
Dearly loved wife of the late William Bravener (2005). Loving mother of Brian Bravener and his wife, Linda, of Big Bay, Bonny Mandeno and her husband, Fred, of Owen Sound and Patty Publuske and her husband, Brian, of East Linton.
Proud grandmother of Jennifer Morrison (Jeff), Kelly McGarrity (Pat), Jeff Mandeno (Nancy), Kristofer Publuske (Andrea), Angela Fromanger (Jordan); great-grandmother of Travis, Tyson, Brett, Kyla, Nickolas, Nadia, Elise; step-great-grandmother of Carter.
Dear sister of Russ Gibbons (Pat), of Innisfil and sister-in-law of Marguerite Gibbons, Claire Bravener (Shirley), Alma Johnson and Helen Iles, all of Owen Sound.
Predeceased by her parents, Garfield and Louisa Gibbons; her sisters, Eileen (Red) Matheson and Yvonne Eckmier; her brothers, Dennis (Helen) Gibbons, Guy Gibbons and Bill (Marie) Gibbons; her in-laws, Howard Bravener, Harold “Mike” Bravener and Olive Moulton.
A Graveside Service for Florence Bravener will be held in Tara, on Monday, September 28th with Rev. Claire Miller officiating. Members of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #6 Ladies Auxiliary will hold a Memorial Service at the gravesite at 10:30 a.m.

LONG, David Allen 'Bear' - Suddenly at his home in Owen Sound, on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2015.
David Long, of Owen Sound, at the age of 60 years.
Dearly loved son of Phyllis Long, of R.R. #8, Owen Sound and the late Robert Long.
Loving father of Jayson Long and his wife, Kristal, of Durham.

NUGENT, Irene (nee Waechter) - Of Walkerton, passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton on Monday, September 21, 2015. She was 87.

Loving aunt of James (Eileen)Waechter of Mississauga, Robert (Judy) Waechter of Guelph, Catherine (Robert) Stock of Tottenham, Jane Waechter (Roman Smolak) of Toronto, Sandra Waechter of California, Pamela Waechter of Kitchener, Marion (bill) Stroet of British Columbia and Jane Bartel of South Carolina.
Irene was predeceased by her husband Harry; brother Allan (Laine) Waechter; sister Phyllis Begala and parents Joseph and Elvira (nee Montag) Waechter.
Visitation will be held at Cameron Funeral Home, 1106 Yonge Street S., Walkerton, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with CWL Service at 2:00 p.m. followed by parish prayers at 3:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, Walkerton. IRIS, Meta Joan (nee Smith) - Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side at the Grey Bruce Regional Health Services in Owen Sound on Friday September 11th, 2015 at the age of 76.
Beloved wife and best friend to Ralph Iris for 58 years.
