XERRI, Francis 'Frank' - It is with great sadness that we are announcing the loss of Frank Xerri, our beloved husband and father.
He passed away peacefully on Friday, August 21, 2020 at home surrounded by his family as per his wishes.
Frank will be missed dearly by his wife, Dorothy, children Andrew (Niky) and Michelle, his dog (Tequila), family and friends.
On January 3rd, 2019, he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He fought a brave and courageous fight even when he knew the odds were against him. He was always very strong willed and fought till the very end.
Frank was a loving and caring man who loved his garden, his faith, cooking, being around his family and taking Tequila for walks. He was a hardworking man who took pride in any job he did.
He was Born in Gozo, Malta and was proud of where he came from.
Words can’t express the profound feeling of loss we are all feeling. He may have had to leave us, but he will never be forgotten.
Visitation will be held at Lynett Funeral Home, Toronto on August 25th from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. The service will Take place at St. Paul the Apostle Maltese-Canadian Church, 3224 Dundas St. West, Toronto on August 26th at 10:30 AM.
In Lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to the Oncology ward at St Joseph’s Health Centre on the Queensway, Toronto.
