Beloved husband of Monina Lim-Serrano.
Loving father of Marlie Michele Serrano, Mary Madeleine Serrano-Hruby (Roman) and Maria Monina Serrano, Jra.
Predeceased by his daughter Marie Margrethe Serrano. Adored Papa of Monica Francesca Serrano- Hruby and Morgen Margherita Lim-Serrano.
Dear son of Juan Mone Serrano and Honesima Agnis, brother of Jose Serrano (Salvacion), Ofelia Serrano, Milagros Arce (Raul), Pablo Serrano (Myrna), and predeceased by his brother Antonio Serrano (Corazon)
Prior to coming to Canada, Franklin owned a transportation business consisting of a fleet of buses, taxis, and jeepneys. His entrepreneurial spirit continued in Canada where he owned a gasoline station, an automotive repair shop and an emission testing facility.
Franklin had simple taste and wanted only one thing in life – to provide for his family and to be surrounded with the love and respect of his family and friends.
