Passed away on October 21, 2024

Surrounded by his family, Gino Rovazzi passed away peacefully on October 21, 2024. He was predeceased by his son, Robert (2024).

Gino was known for his incredible work ethic and his generous spirit. He enjoyed helping family, repairing items, and tending to his garden. Elderly man in formal attire looking to the side.Joseph "Joe" Valentino
Passed away on October 20, 2024

Joseph “Joe” Valentino passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 20, 2024, in Toronto, just days before his 86th birthday. Joe is now reunited with his beloved wife, Dorothy, who passed in 2018. He leaves behind his son, Gerry; his daughter, Elena, and her husband, David; his son, Nick and wife, Care; and step-daughter, Lee.

Although Joe was a quiet man, he left a lasting impression on everyone he met. In recent years, he moved to Toronto to be closer to his children but always kept Windsor, Ontario, close to his heart, regularly reading the Windsor Star and reminiscing about his life and friends there.

Joe had a love for mystery thrillers, classic films—especially *Rio Bravo* with John Wayne—and was a devoted fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs. He fondly recalled the Leafs' glory days in the 1960s, a time when he was a young husband and father himself.

In keeping with his wishes, Joe will be cremated, and a celebration of life service will be held in Windsor at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or the Canadian Cancer Society.
