With profound sadness, the family of Joyce Gillanders (nee London) announces her peaceful passing on December 12th, 2024, in her 91st year.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Frank of 62 years. Lovingly remembered by her children Cheryl (Ron), Arlene (Greg), Steve (Lisa), and Mike (Michele). Joyce was the proudest Nanny of Katie (Phil), Kirstie (Kevin), Lindsay (Sean), Brendan (Sarah), Elizabeth, Joey (Meagan), Rebecca (Jake), Lauren (Scott), Daniel (Jess), Zach (Meaghan), and Connor, as well as a cherished great-grandmother to Charlotte, Emmett, Jacob, Braeden, Paige, Lincoln, and Ryan.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm on February 1st, 2025, at St. Paul’s On The Hill Anglican Church, 882 Kingston Road, Pickering.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or Covenant House in Joyce’s name.
