Lynn Theresa Glancy

November 11, 1966 - March 21, 2025

After a courageous lengthy battle with breast cancer, Lynn passed away peacefully on Friday, March 21, 2025, at Oak Ridges Hospice Port Perry.

Beloved wife of Andrew. Loving and extremely proud mother of Daniel and Kayla. Treasured daughter to John and Agnes Glancy. Dear sister of Selina (Brendan). Loving aunt to Jenna (Matt), Jamie, and great aunt to Neeve and Rory.

In the gentle light of morning's grace,
A warrior walked with a brave embrace,
Lynn Glancy, a name we all know,
Fought cancer’s call with a radiant glow.

With courage stitched into her seams,
She wove a tapestry of hopes and dreams,
A mother strong, with love so pure,
Daniel and Kayla, her heart's secure.

Daughter of John and Agnes dear,
Their roots ran deep, through joy and fear,
In laughter and tears, they stood as one,
Bound by the warmth of the setting sun.

Though the battle was fierce, and shadows few,
Her spirit soared, a sky so blue,
Loved by all, who crossed her path,
In every smile, in every laugh.

Though she has journeyed to realms unknown,
In memories cherished, her light has grown,
Missed by many, yet forever near,
In hearts she lives, with love sincere.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025, from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, 53 Division Street, Bowmanville.
