Gary Kenneth Lowell "Kenny" Hagerman

1935 – 2024

With sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Kenny at Extendicare Maple View on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at the age of 89. Predeceased by his dear wife, Una. Cherished father of Ken and Peter. He will be lovingly remembered as “Pa” by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Buck and Clara, and his sisters Nancy (late) and Norma (late). Survived by his brother Ron.

Kenny was the owner of Bickell Auto Parts, where he was known for his strong work ethic and great sense of humour. He valued the time spent with his family, work colleagues, customers, and friends. The Gros Cap gang always brought joy to his life. Special thanks to Chris Kelly for all the help over the years.

A celebration of Kenny’s life will be held in 2025. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Sault Ste. Marie & Algoma District would be greatly appreciated.

The family extends their gratitude to all the kind and caring staff at the Sault Area Hospital and Extendicare Maple View. Memories and notes of condolence may be shared at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre.
