HARRISON, J. Harold - Peacefully, passed away at Grove Park Home, Barrie, on Saturday, February 3, 2024.
Harold Harrison of Barrie and formerly a longtime resident of Mt. Albert, in his 92nd year.
Beloved husband of late Ruth (Stiles).
Loving father of Peggy (John) Graham, late Wayne, Gerry (Roberta), Wendy Guiden, Richard (Kathy), Lee (Don) Geertsema, Glen (Lisa) and John (Cathy) LaChapelle.
Harold will be lovingly remembered by his 15 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of late Jeanette (Orville) Jordan, Ann (late Angus) Morton, Margaret (Douglas) Jackson, late William (Irene), late David (late Helen) and James (Nancy).
Also survived by his sister-in-law, Shirley Stiles. Harold will be remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 19153 Centre St., Mt. Albert, on Friday, February 9, 2024, from 2-5 p.m. A Celebration of Harold's Life will be held at the Mt. Albert Lion's Community Centre, 5057 Mt. Albert Rd., on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at 3 p.m.
In Harold's memory, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
