Walker HaroldWALKER, Harold Raymond   - December 8, 1927 - January 1, 2021

Harold passed away peacefully at home, of natural causes on New Year's Day.

He was in his 94th year and died far too soon. He will be forever missed by his loving and devoted family.

Born and raised on the family farm in Malton to Harry and Viola (Kee) Walker, Harold was a star football player at Port Credit High School where he met his sweetheart, Eleanor Browning.

During their 65 year marriage, they raised three children, Donna Harrison (Bob), Robert (Sharon), and Lori Kennedy (Grant).

Harold took great delight in taking an active part in his grandchildren's, then his great-grandchildren's lives. He proudly wore the nickname, "Poppy" for grandchildren Jennifer Edmison (Dugan), Julia Harrison (Brian McAulay), Amanda and Lisa Walker and great-grandchildren including Kate and Will, Chase and Charlotte, Madison and Roman.

Cremation and a private ceremony will take place at a later date. He will be interred beside Eleanor at the Riverside Cemetery in Etobicoke.

Friends are welcome to make memorial contributions to a charity of their choice.
